Clarkco State Park

Clarkco is situated on 65-acre Clarkco Lake. Marked nature trails, lighted tennis courts, large picnic pavilions, visitor's center with meeting rooms and camp store available. Clarkco has 43 improved and 15 primitive camping pads and 20 cabins with individual piers.
George P. Cossar State Park

Cossar is situated on a peninsula-like arm jutting into Enid Reservoir. Cossar's famed restaurant features fried catfish and many more favorites. Cossar has 13 cabins, 84 camping pads, group camp, swimming pool, visitor's center, nature trail, miniature golf and is open year round.
Hugh White State Park

Guests enjoy popular water sports on the 64,000-acre Grenada Reservoir. Hugh White has a bait shop, pool for cabin guests, 24 cabins, a 10-unit lodge and 173 improved and 12 tent camping pads.
J.P. Coleman State Park

On the Tennessee River at Pickwick Lake. Coleman specializes in all popular water sports. Full service marina available as well as 16 hotel rooms, 3 Town houses, 74 improved and 17 tent camping pads, pool, miniature golf and playground.
John. W. Kyle State Park

Recreational offerings include 58,500-acre Sardis Reservoir, swimming pool, tennis courts, recreation building, 20 cabin units, group camp housing for 150, 200-site campground located on Sardis Lower Lake with adjacent swimming beaches and nature trails.

Lake Bill Waller

Lake Jeff Davis

Lake Lamar Bruce State Lake

Restrooms, boat ramp, picnic tables, camping with electrical/water hookups, boat rental. Pavilion available winter 2001. The crappie fishing is typically good during the winter. Crappie are schooled up and suspended on channel ledges. Bass fishing is slow, but action can still be found on the channel ledges and points. The bream action is usually slow during the winter, with only the occasional reports of nice strawberries (redear) showing up.
Lake Lowndes State Park

Lake Lowndes is a superb recreational complex including a visitor's center with game room, meeting rooms, indoor tennis, basketball and volleyball. Outdoors are 3 softball fields with lights and 6 tennis courts. Tent camping, 4 cabins, 50 camping pads and a self-guided nature trail are available. Expect slow action for bass and bream the next few months. However, crappie fishing can be good. Fish will suspend over the creek channel and the sunken brushtops and can be caught on small jigs. Bass will relate to these same areas; jig-n-pigs are best baits.
Lake Mary Crawford

Lake Mike Connor

Lake Monroe State Lake

Restrooms, boat ramp, picnic tables, camping electrical/water hookups, boat rental, pavilion. Winter fishng report: Crappie reports are fair and should continue over the next few months as the water cools. Trolling small tube jigs or minnows in the mainlake near the dam should produce numerous crappie. The bass action will be slow, but good fish can still be caught on sunken brushtops on the main lake. Jigs, texas-rigged plastics, or big spinnerbaits will produce few, but big, bass.
Lake Perry

Lefleur's Bluff State Park

LeFleur's Bluff has 30 camping pads with water and electricity,a central dump station, campground bathhouses, comfort stations, a camp store with rest rooms and a deck overlooking Mayes Lake, boat ramp, playground, nature trail,swimming pool, club house containing park offices, meeting room with rest rooms, a picnic area with barbecue grills, 3 large picnic pavilions and 4 tennis courts. Golf course features 9 holes and a driving range.
Legion State Park

This rustic park maintains its original look, featuring 1930s Civilian Conservation Corp constructed Legion Lodge (a Mississippi landmark). 5 rustic cabins, 2 fishing lakes, nature trail, picnic pavilion and tent camping are available.
Nanih Waiya State Park

Park site is the legendary birthplace of the Choctaw Indian nation and site of their Sacred Mound, Nanih Waiya. Activity building, picnic area. No camping.
Natchez State Park

Natchez Lake offers excellent fishing, boasting the state's record largemouth bass. 10 cabins, a picnic area and nature trail are available. There are 21 improved and 8 tent camping pads. Hamburg road, an old plantation road, runs through the park.
Neshoba County State Lake

Oktibbeha County Lake

Restrooms, boat ramp, picnic tables, camping with electrical/water hookups, boat rental. Pavillion available in winter 2001. Fish for bass, crappie, and bream.
Percy Quin State Park

On Lake Tangipahoa, special park features include water sports, group camp for 200, 9 lodge rooms with kitchenettes, 27 cabin units, convention center, 107 camping pads, designated tent camping, visitor's center, game room, nature trail, swimming pool, miniature golf, playground and picnic area. Catering available. Largemouth bass are good on plastic worms and crankbaits fished on the points in 4-8 feet of water. Bream are slow on worms and crickets in 2-3 feet of water near the shoreline around structure. Catfish are good with a few being caught on shrimp and liver in 6-8 feet of water on ledges.
Roosevelt State Park

Park has visitor's center with mini-convention center for up to 200, game room, group camping facilities for 104, 109 campsites, 20 lodge rooms with kitchenettes, 15 cabin units, tent camping in designated areas, lighted tennis courts, nature/wildlife observation area, 150-acre lake, water sports, a water slide, mini-golf and multi-purpose sports field.
Simpson County Lake

Tippah County State Lake

Tishomingo State Park

Tishomingo is abundant in natural beauty and offers an April to mid-October Bear Creek float trip, a 13-mile nature trail system, swinging bridge, pool, 6 cabins, multi-use playing field, group camp for 142 persons, tent camping and 62 camping pads
Trace State Park

This 2,500-acre park offers tent camping, 25 camping pads with electricity and water, 6 cabin units, fishing, water skiing, boat rentals and launch ramp. Motorized and non-motorized trails are available and is a popular park activity. Fish for bass, crappie and bream.
Wall Doxey State Park

On a spring-fed lake Wall Doxey has a beach, a 2-level diving platform and excellent fishing. A multipurpose activity field, playground, nature trail, visitor's center (catering available), group camp for 104, 9 cabins, 64 improved and 18 tent camping pads also are available. Also a new 18 hole disk golf course and pro shop.
